Video duration: 44 seconds Balloons are set free after the Tigers win a regular season game Sept. 10, 2006 at Koshien Stadium near Osaka Japan. This is a Tigers tradition. Balloons are released at the bottom of the 7th inning and again if they win. If you've ever seen the movie "Mr. Baseball" you can sort of imagine the atmosphere.
